Computer Tip – Email Problems – Windows or Macintosh computers
If your email is “yourname@yourcompany.com” & your email is not working, it may not be on your computer:
1 – Check that you have access to the internet on your computer…
2 – Check that your website “www.yourcompany.com” is up.
If your website is not available, your email will probably be down also.
You should then contact your website hosting or design company.
One other thing to check is if you can access your email online!
Try:
mail.yourcompany.com or
webmail.yourcompany.com
If the problem is on your computer & you haven’t made any other recent changes, then you likely could have viruses/spyware!
