Computer Tip – Converting Microsoft Works to Microsoft Word format !
You have an older computer with Microsoft Works & want to transfer your Works documents to another computer that has Microsoft Office Word, Excel, etc. You need to open your documents in Works & save them to Microsoft Word or Excel format. If your version of Works doesn’t not have these options, then save Works word processing documents to RTF format that Word will open.
